Search AssignmentsOften referred to as 'headhunting', this description is often misapplied. Beware those that only search their database and call it Search. Search involves detailed research to identify target companies and individuals. This is followed by a discussion, ('verbal advertisement'), with those individuals identified as potential candidates. Following these detailed discussions - in complete confidence- a shortlist will be produced. A descriptive sheet is available, on Search, should you require more information. This is a methodical and discreet way of making 'key players' aware of an opportunity that could be of benefit to them. These are people who may not be actively in the recruitment market.
