new employment.
Headhunting or Search:
Properly conducted (often misunderstood), this is a confidential, methodical, well researched,
targeted and discreet way of making ‘key players’ aware of an opportunity that could be of
benefit to them. These are people who are probably not actively in the recruitment market.

Interim or Temporary:
This is new to our niche market and, apart from freelance Designers, has not previously been
a common request. We have experienced a rise in such enquiries for this service and added
